Broncos Select Washington Running Back Jonah Coleman with No. 108 Overall Pick in 2026 NFL Draft

The Denver Broncos selected Washington Huskies running back Jonah Coleman with the No. 108 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. While there was speculation that Coleman could be a Day 2 pick, he ultimately fell to the Broncos early in the fourth round.

A two-time All-Big Ten Honorable Mention selection, Coleman accumulated 1,112 yards from scrimmage and scored 17 total touchdowns with Washington in 2025. He rushed for 1,053 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024 – his first season with the Huskies.

Coleman spent the first two years of his collegiate career with the Arizona Wildcats. He tallied 1,144 yards from scrimmage and six total touchdowns with Arizona in 2023.

Across his entire four-year collegiate career, Coleman rushed 552 times for 3,054 yards and 34 touchdowns for the two programs while averaging 5.5 yards per carry. He also caught 87 passes for 838 yards and three touchdowns.

Often described as a “bowling ball,” Coleman is a compact and densely built ball carrier that runs downhill with physicality and power, setting the tone with his play style. His strong frame makes it difficult for defenders to bring him down on first contact.

Coleman joins a running back room in Denver that includes J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey. He instantly improves the Broncos’ backfield depth chart and will be a candidate to handle third-down duties because of his receiving ability and pass-blocking prowess.
